About Me

I am an experienced educator and researcher with over 18 years in higher education, specializing in international relations, international cultural tourism, and climate change. I have developed innovative curricula in international institutions while conducting pedagogically-informed research that drives real-world impact.

With 8+ years as an international development specialist, my doctoral expertise spans climate adaptation finance, energy transition, and justice. Through extensive fieldwork in the Mekong region, I have built a track record of managing complex research projects for major organizations including the World Bank and Japan International Cooperation System (JICS).

My work is driven by a deep commitment to equitable access and support for historically underrepresented and marginalized communities, with experience in multilingual instruction, culturally responsive teaching, and inclusive assessment design.
